This game offers sound effects and background music

Start by activating just the Sounds checkbox.
Then, if it works fine on your computer, in the next play you can also enable the background Music option.

Windows - Firefox

If sounds do not work and you see a small popup message asking you to install QuickTime, the best solution is to install a plugin according to these instuctions.

Windows - Internet Explorer

If you get a warning at the bottom of the game window just click ALLOW to authorize Internet Explorer to play sounds. You just need to do it once.

Linux / Mac

Until now nobody has reported us about if and how sounds/music is working on Linux and Mac. In theory, you browser just needs a plugin capable of playing WAV files.

Music

A pop-up windows should stay open so that you can hear background music while playing

The pop-windows normally gets blocked by the browser's pop-up blocker funcion, please simply click allow pop-ups on the game site when asked.

If the pop-window opens up BUT you cannot hear the music: This means that the browser has got no plugins which can play MIDI and MP3 music.
On Windows systems, the Windows Media Player plugin works brilliantly. Get it from here: Windows Media Player.

Still does not work? Troubleshooting

•  Use our Sound and Music Test Page >>.
• It can seem a dumb advice, but if you don't see anything wrong on screen then check that volume is turned on and that speakers or headphones are working, for example by looking at a music video on YouTube.
• If you are using Windows then use: Windows Media Player this should work on all browsers.
• If you use Linux or if everything else fails, you can try and install Apple QuickTime plugin: We cannot guarantee it will work, but please let us know on our Facebook Page or on the Forum.
